Newly renovated 5 bedroom escape perched at the peak of Conifer Mountain on secluded 9.4 acres. Unmatched views with amenities galore-firepit outside primary suite, barrel sauna, large hot tub, axe throwing range, theater room with 85" flatscreen TV and massage chair, TVs in every bedroom, arcade, woodburning stove, two dedicated offices, Peleton+ bike, yoga mats, fully stocked & equipped kitchen with superautomatic expresso machine, Weber 4-burner grill, and fenced yard for your furbabies.
The space
This large 2600 square foot retreat is professionally designed by DuBois Interiors, curated with premium furnishings. All of the matterress and bedding is of luxury hotel quality, and the two individual twin beds are adult extra long size, no bunkbeds. Enjoy the stunning, unrestricted views of Long's Peak and the beautiful rolling foothills through the large windows of the upper living room or simply step outside on the large deck through the kitchen or upstairs suite. This home offers two primary suites with kingbeds and mountain views. All bathrooms are newly renovated. Downhill from the deck you are greeted with your very own axe throwing range. Isolated on a dead-end road but located less than 3 miles from I-285. Great base camp location for Red Rocks, Denver, Evergreen and other Colorado mountain destinations.

A four-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter conditions.

Summary: We have been the other vacation rental app for 10 years but decided to give VRBO a try. This was by far the best experience we have had with vacation rentals. Host is above and beyond accommodating and friendly. The home is easy to find and tucked away where you feel like you have the whole range to yourself. Pet friendly, spacious, clean, well stocked, comfortable. I could go on and on. Just an amazing experience

Summary: This booking was a getaway for my spouse and her friends. They came back having an amazing experience. It hadn't snowed in Colorado for the past three weeks, but it snowing when they arrived and the view from this house was breathtaking. House was very clean and organized. Warren was an extraordinary manager, easy to contact even late at night. The house was very well equipped with absolutely everything you can imagine and more. Thanks Warren for making her experience something that they will never forget.

Summary: Loved that there was a tree up for the holidays. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of fun things to do (hot tub, video games, etc.). Our only compliant was a lack of kitchen towels.

Summary: Warren’s home is beautiful and super comfortable. We had a total of 7 adults and 2 small children enjoying the stay and there was more than enough room for all of us. Warren thought of everything in regard to comfort and ease of check in. The views from the house are stunning - I had my coffee on the upper front deck every morning. Highly recommend!!!

Summary: Just stayed for 5 nights with my family (10 of us including 4 kids ages 6-12). We had the best time and my kids were crying when we left because they did not want to leave. You can’t beat the views from this home!! Everything was clean and orderly. We appreciated all of the amenities and the spacious layout. The home had a lot of character without feeling cluttered. Warren was so easy to get in touch with although I didn’t really have to since everything went so smoothly. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Summary: 8 of us traveled into Colorado from several states for a friend reunion and had the absolute best time. We spent 4 days there and still didn't get to all of the activities provided on the property. The house was amazing and so clean, the views breathtaking, and Warren was very responsive.
